Dr. Royal Raymond Rife - a brief introduction.
Dr Royal Raymond Rife was born in 1886 in the state of Nebraska, USA. A degree from the John Hopkins University and further studies for his doctorate at Heidelberg University in Germany launched his carrear as a medical pathologist. His sojourn in Heidelberg included stints at the Zeiss optics company where he assembled an impressive photogrphic library of pathogens and became well versed in the science of optics, he even undertook some eye surgery. In the years that followed Rife earned fourteen awards for his work and held patents for the development of micromanipulators and microdisecting tools. He proved himself to be a widely competent in many fields.
As a pathologist Rife was often frustrated by the magnifying limitations of the optical microscopes of the day which were limited to about 2000X magnification. This was inadequate to observe the really small pathogens such as bacteria and viruses. Rife applied his mind to the development of a microscope that would enable him to obbserve the really small organisms. Unfortunately lack of money and the fact that his ideas on how to achieve his objectives were in conflict with emminent physicists and optical specialists offered little prospect of ever realizing his dream. But, as sometimes happens in life, fate intervened. The Great Depression of the thirties was closing in and businesses were going under on a massive scale. Rife found himself out of a job. Unable to find employment in his profession he was eventually hired, way beneath his intelectual ability ... as a chauffeur!
Rife's new boss was Mr.Henry Timken, the founder owner of a successful company manufacturing bearings. Timken is a well known bearing brand even to this day. During drives to work or meetings Timken was impressed by the carefully considered and well formulated ideas that Rife presented for the construction of a more powerful microscope; so impressed in fact that he offered to set up a laboratory for Rife so that he could pursue his dream. There was however a catch! Timken's passion was to win a one hundred mile 'Hell-for-Leather' winner takes all off-shore boat race and the deal was that if Rife built his engine he would get his lab. Up to the challenge, Rife, with his usual care and attention to detail, prepared an engine that won Timken the race in a record time ... a record that was to stand for sixty years! Good for his word Timken provided the lab as promised.This was the break Rife needed to allow his genius to flower. He set to work with ferocious energy, and, by engaging optical principles never before even considered in microscopy, built a microscope comprising more than 5000 components ... all hand crafted ... that allowed him to observe matter at up to 50,000x magnifcation. For the first time ever man was able to observe bacteria and viruses. Dr Royal Raymond Rife was that man.
The ability to observe vanishingly tiny organisms in their living state was a huge step forward in medicine but Rife was not satisfied. His aim was to find a way to destroy these disease and cancer causing little critters. Traditional medicine focussed on expensive chemical modalities and destructive radiation treatment for many medical conditions including the most feared of all ... cancer. Rife reasoned that since all organisms have a unique vibration or oscillation frequency it might be possible to destroy them by mechanical intervention ... by zapping them with a powerful harmonic of their own frequency ... just as a soprano may shatter a wine glass with the appropriate resonant note delivered at an energy level greater than the glass structure can tolerate! The vibrational frequency of the wine glass lies within the audible range of sound frequency while most of the Rife frequencies for pathogens are outside our audible range.

With this device he could slowly vary the applied frequency as he observed a given specimen in his microscope. Rife had refused to cut Morris Fleishbein, the head of the AMA and major shareholder, in on the potentially huge Rife Universal microscope and Beam Ray revenues. Rife was bankrupted in a trumped up charge that he was practicing as a medical doctor while he was classified as a medical pathologist. His laboratories and Beam ray devices were destroyed in a series of 'accidents' and the action of the FBI. References in medical material was deleted and all his amazing discoveries were almost lost. Rife, a broken man, eventually hit the bottle and died of an alcohol and valium overdose in 1977. Some believe that even this event was orchestrated by persons unknown rather than by his own hand.
Rife's remarkable story may have disappeared in the mists of time but fortunately a book ...'The Cancer Cure That Worked' ....by Barry Lynes detailed Rife's life and work. Slowly but surely it generated growing interest in his ideas and a demand for more information. With the advent of the internet all this information is now freely available to anyone who cares to find out. Interested individuals around the world are sharing their knowledge and Rife's ideas are being revisted. Many adaptations of Rife's Beam Ray are being constructed for individual use. Some of these are perhaps not as effective as the original so care needs to be taken when selecting a suitable device.
