Sometime... today, tomorrow, this year. next year...you will need  'a service':   someone who can provide a product, solve a problem, or fulfill a need for you.
(car repair or service, towing, car parts...swimming pool service... health and beauty ...lifestyle ...tuition...gardens ...security...home repairs or alteration...Internet service...recreation...almost anything you can think of!)
You probably want the best possible service  at the lowest possible price.  That's just Human Nature!  But also.... you don't want to get 'RIPPED OFF'!!!
About 80% of people who need a service...unexpected or otherwise...are short of cash and need to shop around for the lowest price.....which has an annoying habit of ending up the most expensive!
The other 20% have plenty  cash, don't care about the price, but want, and will pay for, the best service... one that does the job right first time ....if they only knew which one that was!!!
You'll probably find a huge choice of services that you may be looking for in any one of a number of available directories. You only need ONE.  But which one should you use?
You would probably be more comfortable using a merchant or service recommended by a friend.   (According to a Gallup poll 84% of people canvassed favour personal endorsement ... 'word of mouth' recommendation)
Most people using a directory will select from the first few names in the service category  they are looking in.  Tough on the rest!   (The rest are mostly the 'little guys')
A small service provider (One of those 'little guys')  may deliver better service than a Nationwide chain, but how would you know this?
The PROBLEM:
1.  How do you, as a customer in need of a service, find what you are looking for:
INTEGRITY  *  RELIABILITY  *  EXCELLENT SERVICE  *  FAIR PRICE
2.  How does a Merchant or Service Provider, who can deliver the kind of service you want, make this known to you?    They all claim to!!!
3. How can you, and everyone else involved, turn this into a permanent income generating system?

that won't 'comeback'
to satisfied customers
who will.
